Security Deposit: $500
*Four (4) person rates quoted. Four (4) night minimum. Current Hawaii State Excise and TAT Tax rates (currently 13.4167%) are added to rental rates. A one time out cleaning fee of $250 is also charged. All rates in US Dollars and until confirmed, rates, fees and taxes are subject to change without notice.

A $300 reservation deposit is due 7 days from booking date and is required to secure your reservation. The $300 will be credited towards the rent due. There is a separate $500 security damage deposit due in addition to the rent and taxes. The security deposit is normally returned 2-4 weeks after departure, unless there are damages.
